Adam took these photos at the beautiful New Plymouth velodrome and criterium circuit. What a facility! The weather co-operated, although there was a pesky sea breeze on the back straight, according to Adam.
Damian is in the blue Wanganui CC skin suit, number 85, and Michaela is number 86, wearing the blue/white/orange ISCorp skinsuit.
And to finish, here's Lyall motor pacing Michaela on the Wanganui velodrome last week.

Belated Update before Christmas
Lyall gave me this a couple of days ago and I'm late in posting it. Sorry about that.
Team Arrow riders have been busy in the last couple of weeks.
Michaela had a very successful two-day junior tour, finishing in the top ten in this prestigious Junior Tour of the manawatu.
In the same weekend Helen competed in the Wanganui Cycling Club Time Trial champs, getting second in the Senior Women's grade - another great effort.
Helen and Tim also did their duty and helped out as commissaires at the Junior Tour.
Last weekend Damion and Michaela raced in the New Plymouth Track carnival with both dominating the C grade and catching the eyes of a few locals. Unfortunately several bad crashes marred the racing and held up proceedings for some time.
This Tuesday (the one just gone, sorry for the late post) Damion and Michaela are due to race on the Feilding track on their last meeting before Christmas. (I'll check with Lyall and let you know how they got on.
Also, it was the team Arrow Xmas Party at Cooks Gardens last night, following the usual Friday track session. Hopefully i'll have some pictures from Michaela shortly. Big thanks to Stu for organising the venue!

Tour of Wairarapa 2013
Great work by Michaela and Helen this Sunday 17th November!
Helen came first in the Open Women's 50 km race, and Michaela came first in the 116 km Under 19.
Mike Shingles rode extremely well also, recording a great time in the 116 km men's open race.
Tim spent the day in Taumarunui. He talks freely about the weather, the All Blacks, David Tua's latest fight, etc, but is curiously quiet when discussing his recent cycling form.
Damian Hussey had his first outing on the Fielding track on Sunday as well. Adam says that he had an excellent day out, and that he was thrown into a couple of long races which he handled well. Welcome to Team Arrow, Damian!

Hunterville Classic - 26 October
Team Arrow was well represented by Michaela and Helen in the 45 km race in this year's Hunterville race. Michaela placed first female, third overall with Helen coming across the line as third female. 6th or 7th overall.
Weather conditions were somewhat wet and murky, but there were a few brief sunny moments.
Helen warming up on the trainer.
Michaela starting off - in Bike Shed top, EMC shorts.
Helen setting off out of town. With the group this year...
Grinding up the Mangahoe road.
Helen's smile makes it look like a flat road!
Still smiling!

Helen takes out Manawatu road race...
... in extremely windy conditions today, with Michaela coming in not far behind!
The race started in Cheltenham, over rolling hills through Kimbolton and back to Cheltenham for a total of 36km.
Helen rode away from her limit group and went solo for 20 k's, narrowly holding off the fast-finishing scratch bunch for an excellent win. She and all of Team Arrow are thrilled! Well done, Helen!
Photos to come shortly.
